Position: Manager / Sr. Manager, Accounts & Finance
Design and apply financial and management level analysis to continuously improve excellence.
Ensure accurate, complete & timely financial reporting, which includes Monthly financial statements, Annual financial statements (Actual, Tax, Vat, Bank) and other management reports.
Manage budget process & consolidation, including periodic re-forecasts, continuous review all fund flow process.
Monitoring Treasury & Working Capital Management.
Responsible for electronic and manual payments, liaison with banks and other Financial Institutions.
Responsible for accounting treatments presentation, authenticity, accuracy and follow up of storage of statement and reports generated from thereon.
To guide the Finance & Accounts team, including financial planning, budget, and lead to obtaining the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
Undertake financial analysis from time to time, to assist MIS in evaluating the profitability of income streams, and potential for cost efficiencies.
Evaluate the performance and provide training and development opportunities for accounts and finance staff.
Work on modules at accounting software set up and technical analysis on the reports generated thereon to support the query of management.
Monitor the works of profitability analysis, pricing, product costing, etc.
Supervise in Reconcile general ledger, bank accounts and other provisions & adjustments.
Make a short-term and long-term financial plan for the organization.
Preparation of project profile / feasibility study of new projects.
Communication & Coordination with different banks/leasing/financing companies and settle the matter on business policies, New investment, Company’s credit/loan facilities and future expansion planning.
Monitoring the reports on Production, Delivery, Stock Positions, Net Working Capital, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Overdraft Positions, LTR maturity status, Term Loan Installments status and so on i.e. multi-tasking environments.
Monitoring for all tax affairs for companies- Corporate Tax Matters, Statements for tax returns, Tax deduction at sources, Monthly report for TDS, co-coordinating vat related affairs.
Support to Company affairs like AGM, BODM, EC meetings, AC meetings, drafting minutes & other statements thereon, share issue, share transfer, annual returns and other requirements for RJSC, NBR, BSEC and monitoring the update of respective statement and ledgers and books.
Liaison with Statutory audit team and submission of all external reports timely.
Respond to auditor’s comments concerning finances and operations and oversee required actions to address deficiencies.
Communicating and coordinating with other department heads and colleagues for business related issues.
To undertake other duties as required by the Management from time to time.
Business post-graduate, preferably Masters/MBA in Finance/Accounting.
Professional qualification in relevant field CA (CC) / CA qualified or ACCA / ACMA (Qualified or partly qualified considered as an added advantage).
At least 10/ 12 years in any reputed pharmaceuticals industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing in a well-reputed pharmaceuticals company and having at least 4/5 years experience in a similar position.
Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
Relevant industry experience and knowledge of the target market
Strongly demonstrated analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities; communication skills and proven time management aptitude is essential.
High level of self-confidence with the ability to adapt to changing environments;
Ability to initiate a study to develop appropriate proactive strategies and policies to support long term strategic plan.
The high degree of personal initiative and achievement motivation, setting high standards of excellence and ongoing performance improvement.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualification.
