Job Description / Responsibilities
Achieving Sales targets on project sales such HVAC, Fire Protection System, Car Parking System and other technical project sales
Candidate should have rich customer relation and database such as Industries, Corporate organizations, multinational organizations etc. to sell HVAC, Fire detection & protection and Electrical sectors.
Candidate with HVAC/Chiller sales experience will be mostly preferable
Responsible for overall Sales and Marketing of the company, must ensure to meet the monthly marketing and project targets.
Must have good report writing on presentation and power point, manage weekly/monthly meeting with client and management.
Develop proper sales planning in order to increase the business and bring new projects for the company
Monitor and Analyze market trends, must regularly visit major clients, arrange & attend meeting, maintain follow ups.
Prepare sales report and CRM and work for Key Account Management.
Direct visit to different corporate companies & others.
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Graduate or post graduate background from Engineering/BBA (Must needs Technical Sales Experienced). MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Requirements
3 to 7 year(s), experience in working in the similar field will be an asset.
Age shall be 28 years and above
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Marketing, Business Development & Corporate Marketing
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills
Should be an excellent result oriented dynamic team player with strong analytical skills and attitude.
Good command in communications both spoken and writing in Bengali & English with good Computer literacy
Have a great sense of urgency and go better attitude.
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
Self -motivated, hardworking and energetic.
Location: Mohakhali, Dhaka
Salary Range: Negotiable (Based on Experience)

- Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
- Salary Review: Yearly based on performance.
- Sales Commission based on sales target achievement
