Position:GM Operations
Job brief:
Project delivery functions include planning and strategy support, delivery assurance, quality assurance, client relationship management.
Ultimately, you will ensure that our operations runs smoothly and that the resources are productive.

Responsibilities:
Collaborating with other senior management to formulate strategies, plans, and procedures
Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives
Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics
Write and submit reports to the Management in all matters of importance
Manage relationships with partners/vendors
Implement efficient processes and standard best practices related to Software Development and the matters/projects related IT Infrastructure.
Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention
Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection)
Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
Resource Development including Redundancy Planning
Undertake Occasional Audit in multiple capacity
Requirements:
Age, a minimum of 50 years
Proven experience as Head of Operations or relevant leadership role
Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain
Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure
Familiar with Software Development Life Cycles and related Best Practices
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
Experience with implementing IT systems
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
Good with numbers and financial planning
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and leadership ability
Analytical mind
Problem-solving aptitude
BSc/BA in Business, Computer Science or other relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
