We are hiring for the following position (s):
Business Analyst IT / Business Support IT
The primary purpose of this position is to help the organization to implement Technology Solutions in a cost-effective and efficient manner by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to management, stakeholders, facilitators, and partner. This position will also complement the regular operations of the department.
Educational Qualification: An ideal candidate should have Honors / Bachelors / Master degree from recognized university, in the discipline of Information Technology / Computer Science
Experience Requirements: The applicants should have minimum 03 to 05 (three to five) years of relevant experience in System Support, Supporting ERP and Developing ERP Solutions
Job Description / Responsibility:
Provide application support
Provide functional analysis of business requirements and take part in improvement process and project assignments
Perform application testing, system setup, user training and application upgrade
Communicate with business users and Headquarter IT team on project support and issues Resolution
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gather information, and evaluating output requirements and formats
Construct workflow charts and diagrams
Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications
Define project technical requirements, identify project milestones, phases, and elements
Monitor project progress by tracking activities
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Strategic and development planning within the various departments
Develop, design, and prepare effective test plans and cases to perform various types of testing based on requirements and functionalities
Translate Functional, Technical, Conversion, and Performance requirement specifications into high-level test cases/plans
Other tasks assign by top management
Additional Job / Traits Requirements
The ideal candidate must have thorough knowledge / experience on the following:
Strong participation at regional applications project implementation
Technical in Microsoft SQL database for data extraction, verification, and troubleshooting
Software Development Process, especially Requirement Analysis
Knowledge of Microsoft O365 Word, Excel, Access Programming, Visio, Wireframing, Requirement Management Tools
A history of leading and supporting successful projects
Developed previous Business Analysis artifacts, (Workflow, Requirements Specifications, Test Scripts, etc.) that can be shared during the assessment process
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualities:
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills – able to analyze and solve problems
Ability to identify and document solutions to complex business problems with accuracy
Self-Starting – takes independent action and goes beyond what the job or situation requires
Time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks to ensure project deadlines are met
Ability to work independently and achieve results
Well conversant in English & Bangla
Work well independently as well as in a big team
Be self-motivated, organized and disciplined
Have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility
Pro-active, friendly, smart & hard-working
